Increasingly purchasers take a critical look at fish species and the fishing methods that were used. The question 'Is this fish sustainably caught?' is answered in different ways by many people. In the following fish facts, the Fish Product Board does not give you a simple ‘yes’ or ‘no’, but lists the facts.
